Leadership Coaching
Coaching is a one-on-one process (in person, or via telephone or email) designed to help you clarify and articulate what you want from your professional and personal life, and how to achieve it. This could include improving your Exceptional Leader 360 Feedback Tool scores before re-evaluation, interpersonal and professional communication, performance management, organizational effectiveness, executive presence, enhancing strategic thinking, dealing effectively with conflict, and building an effective team within your organization.
Coach’s Role:
- Helping you identify the changes you want
- Introducing questions to guide your self-reflection
- Tracking your progress and accomplishments
Using an enhanced listening process, Norm combines a fast-paced executive approach with an in-depth understanding of human needs and is able to facilitate lasting small behavioral changes in a short period of time. “Evolution, not revolution.”
Coaching sessions are 15 to 45 minutes and are followed up with an email summary.
